A block of rooms has been reserved at both the Embassy Suites and the Courtyard by Marriott for August 9 -12. The special room rate will be available through end of day July 26 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. No later than July 27, the hotel will offer the best prevailing rate at the time booking. Hotels are adjoining properties at the convention center.

Early Bird (received by July 30) 

  • $225 Per Member (SEU)/Associate Member Company
  • $275 Non-Member

Late Registration (July 31 - Aug 5)  

  • $325 Per Member (SEU)/Associate Member Company
  • $375 Non-Member

One fee per SEU admits all SEU personnel to all convention sessions. Additional fees apply for the luncheon and evening banquets.

Meal Information

  • Tuesday Evening Hall of Fame Banquet - $55 per person
  • Wednesday Keynote Luncheon - $29 per person
  • Wednesday Pinnacle Awards Banquet - $40 per person 

Registration Types:

NBA Member: Admission for Member Stations and Associate Members to all Tuesday and Wednesday sessions with optional add-on pricing for Hall of Fame Banquet, Keynote Luncheon and Pinnacle Awards Banquet.

Non-Member: Admission to all Tuesday and Wednesday sessions with optional add-on pricing for Hall of Fame Banquet, Keynote Luncheon and Pinnacle Awards Banquet.

Banquet and/or Luncheon Only: Purchase admission to the Tuesday Hall of Fame Banquet, Tuesday Keynote Luncheon, or Wednesday Pinnacle Awards Banquet.
